Construction is underway to expand the 100-year-old Panama Canal to double its existing capacity, and port cities around the country are racing to make sure the super-sized ships can be accommodated in hopes of creating more jobs and profits. Aliyah Frumin reports on how the health of some people living near the port in Newark, New Jersey is being affected. NJEF environmental justice organizer Kim Gaddy also joins to discuss.
