Third 'times' a charm for Rand Paul

Is Sen. Rand Paul feeling left out? 

Potential 2016 rivals Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney confirmed Thursday morning they will be meeting for a one-on-one this week. Now Paul — who positioned himself as the answer to President Obama during an unofficial State of the Union response — has virtually crashed the get together.

And then Paul's bestowing of gifts began.

The third time was the charm for Paul, too.

He ended up acknowledging the mistake and took it as a chance to get the final word in, though.
