U.S. House committee leaders have begun releasing transcripts of impeachment inquiry testimony as part of a "new public phase of the impeachment inquiry." The first transcripts to be released were that of former U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie “Masha” Yovanovitch and former Senior Adviser to the Secretary of State Ambassador P.
