The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has granted a temporary stay in the Trump tax document lawsuit pending a review of the appeal by a panel of judges. This temporary stay means that Mazars USA, the President's tax preparer, doesn't have to hand over the tax documents by 1pm today as the Manhattan D.A.'s grand jury subpoena had required.Oct. 7, 2019
