Retired Lieutenant General Russel Honoré, who ran the Task Force post-Katrina, and former FEMA spokesperson Daniel Watson join Andrea Mitchell to talk about the longterm challenges facing Florida as the state begins to recover from Hurricane Ian’s destruction. “In Louisiana we had 10 insurance companies go broke trying to handle Hurricane Ida last year, which was Category 4. I can't imagine what it's going to do to an insurance resolve in Florida,” says Honore. “This is going to be a nightmare. This recovery is gonna be one of the worst in American history, as far as resolving.” Sept. 29, 2022
